GORGAN, May 30 (MNA) – In Gorgan, the capital of the northern Golestan province, June is the time for harvesting wheat. Wheat normally needs between 110-130 days from sowing to harvesting, depending upon climate, seed types, and soil conditions. Each year, about 1.35 million tons of wheat is produced in Golestan province.
